Slay the Spire & SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech – Delightful Card Battling Adventures

This week Brett and Walker share their thoughts and experiences in “SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech” and “Slay the Spire”. While both titles are within the same loosely defined rpg-card battling genre, they both feature unique and interesting experiences. Both offer an innovative single player foray in a game type that is typically dominated by player vs. player games such as Blizzard’s “Hearthstone” or Riot’s “Legends of Runeterra.” Both “SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech” and “Slay the Spire” are terrific games that are worth exploring.
